Bref, l'annonce est officielle, Google rachete donc Youtube pour 1,65 milliards de dollars, je n'ose même pas calculer la culbute (virtuelle puisqu'en actions) des fondateurs et des ventures capitalistes sur cette opération, mais ils vont pouvoir financer un paquet de projet avec cette manne financière venant du géant Google.
Est ce un bon deal pour google? Personnellement je n'en sais rien il faudrait avoir eu accès à la data room pour effectivement avoir la capacité de dire si le deal est bon ou pas pour google. Quoiqu'il en soit la vidéo est le nouveau média de l'internet et ça c'est indéniable.
